FMSA Academy Officially Release Mujokoro for Premier League soccer on a season loan deal.
First Mobile Sports Academy is pleased to officially announce that they have released on loan one of their brightest prospect young Lexington Mujokoro to newly promoted premiership side Bulawayo Chiefs up to the end of 2018 season. Many top premiership sides approached the club for his services but we had to choose Chiefs because of the player's interest. Rather than opt for an obscure role in the ranks of huge clubs out of youth league, he preferred Chiefs, a club which could gift him the first team minutes in which he could shine. The professionalism on the part of Chiefs technical team was also a factor in reaching this agreement. We are confident he will get plenty of opportunities to play first team football in the top league.
The young Mujokoro will blossom into a bona fide superstar, he is the product of FMSA developmental project and will still be under our developmental radar until He successfully impresses one of the European big team, who are tracking him from his successes there, when he featured as a guest player for the FMSA Canada sister academy. He has been patient in his development and worked so hard to improve his game. He has been producing some dazzling displays of dribbling skills, sheer brilliance with the ball, and showcasing a remarkable ability from set pieces. Since bursting into FMSA under 14 team in 2015, he scored 3 goals while playing as a defensive linkman. The Academy coaches gradually changed his play, developed him to play as an offensive play maker and the rest is history. He scored over 20 goals the following season of 2016. In 2017 season was an unforgettable year for the enterprising young Lexington, he scored more than 50 goals for the Academy teams of under 16 and 18 league games, domestic tournaments and international tournaments for both club and academy international showcase teams. He scored 18 goals in a highly rated European Tournament (Gothia Cup Sweden and also the Dana Cup) with over 20 assists in all competitions. He also featured prominently for FMSA's all conquering D3 senior team consisting of mainly under 19s which finished the season undefeated in winning the league championship.
FMSA technical team assessed Mujokoro after FMSA recent International under 21 tour of South Africa where they played under 21s of Bidvest, Witbank Spurs select team and Tigers among others and it was agreed that he was ready for the big stage. That is when the idea of a loan move was muted and Bulawayo Chiefs was the better option for the player and the Academy. Young Mujokoro is not the first one to be loaned out on a free to another club, FMSA has been loaning young talented players to other clubs like the Canadian trio from FMSA Canada who were loaned to Highlanders. The Academy currently loaned towering defender Cadwell Gawaza to Highlanders football club. Striker Wesley Ciparamanda,Midfielder Sawusani Mudimba joined the likes of Canadian players like Garry Ajay Bhullar,Kurt Skerrit as some of the players who impressed many South African top teams during the tour of South Africa could be going for trials in that country soon, as FMSA has received a number of enquiries for their services.
FMSA wishes the boy every success during his time with Chiefs as he continues with his development. The Academy thrives on identifying raw talent, develop it and produce wonderful complete footballers.
